This mobile interface was created to allow MAC artists to access their dedicated customers’ shopping history. It detailed past purchases and consultations, allowing them to give personalized product recommendations no matter what location the customer was visiting. By opting in, consumers were also able to access a tiered set of rewards based on their spending.
