    La Mer

    For La Mer, one of the world’s most exclusive cosmetics companies, the challenge was designing a modern global digital flagship when there was no existing e-commerce infrastructure. Working with the La Mer team, we conducted extensive user research and A/B testing, developing multiple prototypes to find usability models that reflected the brand identity better than much of their existing print work and led to a significant increase in online sales.
